Responsibilities
Support product strategy and execution aligned with Commerce’s strategic pillars and Microsoft’s business objectives
Requirements gathering, roadmap planning, design, delivery, and measurement
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions
Drive adoption of AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
Experience a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer obsession
Ensure compliance with global regulations and Microsoft security standards
Engage with stakeholders across engineering, support, and business teams to help prioritize features and deliver measurable impact

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years' experience in product/service/project/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in program management, product management, or engineering
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), distributed systems, or compliance requirements is a plus
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance engineering effectiveness, coupled with a curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in the field of Artificial Intelligence
Communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Experience working in teams and driving projects from concept to delivery
Willingness to learn agile methodologies and contribute to product vision
