Responsibilities
Participate in the definition and validation of business-critical processes and the associated critical data elements (CDEs) that support them
Manage business metadata
Define data quality rules and standards
Oversee the enterprise metadata repository and metadata catalog
Ensure data privacy, security, retention, and archiving
Manage data sharing, access control, and data transfer
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for us on a W2 basis
Equivalent combination of advanced education and related experience, including 5 years of experience managing business processes or technical-related decisions on the business side
Strong communication skills, including negotiation, facilitation, and presentation abilities
Knowledge of current and emerging application software products and tools
Project management experience
Analytical and architectural skills
Ability to manage a high volume of internal client relationships
Bachelor's or master's degree in business analytics, computer science, information technology, or related fields
Knowledge of data and analytics, including emerging trends
Understanding of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with machine learning, data analytics, and artificial intelligence in financial institutions
Experience in banking or financial services
