Responsibilities
Assist with data analysis and project deliverables
Collaborate with team members on projects or initiatives
Contribute ideas for ideas on improvement, and innovation
Support the development excel spreadsheets for reports and presentations
Perform administrative tasks as needed, including moving files to a SharePoint site, transferring information to spreadsheets and logging supporting documentation
Gain hands-on experience in SharePoint, excel, chat GPT
Shadow team members to learn about Utilization Management processes, BA roles, and functions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Current college / university student in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Effective listening and critical thinking skills
Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
