Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Translator Team to design and implement enhancements to existing EDI healthcare transactions
Develop, modify, debug, and unit test EDI transaction code using technical and design specifications
Perform integration testing and support Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and External Testing
Work with business stakeholders to implement state and federally mandated Medicaid changes
Support testing activities involving external healthcare providers and trading partners
Provide clear written and verbal communication across technical and business teams
Work collaboratively with Clemson staff and other contracted resources in a fast-paced Medicaid environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Actian DataConnect
5+ years of experience with Axiom TransSend
3+ years of experience with Pervasive Designer data mapping
3+ years of experience with Visual Basic
5+ years of experience working with the South Carolina Medicaid (SoSC) program
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree
Preferred
Experience with Java
Experience with JavaScript
