Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including real estate and construction disputes
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other substantive court filings
Conduct and defend depositions; oversee discovery and e-discovery
Prepare witnesses and participate in hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
Develop litigation strategy and advise clients throughout the life of a case
Qualification
Required
4+ years of commercial litigation experience, with a strong focus on real estate and/or construction matters
Extensive experience in New York state courts
New York Bar admission required
