They are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Marketing & Growth Manager to drive the next phase of their growth, focusing on high-impact initiatives and clear, evidence-based messaging.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cohesive B2B marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and revenue
Become the expert on our core pillars
Translate complex features into clear, problem-solving content
Own all marketing content initiatives, including high-impact blog posts, website feature pages and sales collateral
Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns with dual tracks for Awareness and Compliance-focused targeting
Spearhead our content distribution strategy, including identifying, vetting, and executing high-value media and podcast outreach
Manage our presence and messaging for key events
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels, providing clear, data-driven insights to leadership
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to optimize the marketing and sales pipelines in HubSpot, ensuring the flow validates and qualifies leads against our ICP

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise SaaS, DevSecOps, or Compliance/Security software
Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including LinkedIn
Expertise in product marketing, including translating technical product capabilities into customer-facing messaging and marketing collateral
Demonstrated experience working with and optimizing a B2B marketing automation platform and CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of high-quality content
Applicants must have unrestricted US work authorization (US Citizen or Permanent Resident). We are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Experience in a start-up environment with rapid product development cycles
Familiarity with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and enterprise release management processes
Experience in AI/ML-centric product marketing
