Responsibilities

Configure internal testing environments based on evolving product team instructions
Execute structured test prompts across internal AI tools, including PowerPoint Narrative Builder and Agent-based workflows
Capture, save, and organize generated outputs such as slides, decks, images, and text in required formats
Apply consistent file naming conventions and maintain accurate SharePoint folder structures for traceability
Track progress against assigned run lists to ensure complete scenario coverage
Log bugs and unexpected behaviors using Azure DevOps templates and tagging standards
Manage multiple concurrent requests while meeting established timelines
Proactively communicate status updates, blockers, and system issues to product and design partners

Qualification

Required

Hands-on experience running structured test workflows, configuring testing environments, executing evaluation plans, and validating outputs in software or AI-driven environments
Strong ability to organize large volumes of files, apply consistent naming conventions, manage permissions, and maintain clean, traceable folder structures
Advanced comfort using PowerPoint for slide and deck handling and Excel for tracking runs, logging results, and monitoring progress across multiple scenarios
Proven ability to follow detailed instructions precisely, adapt quickly to changes, and maintain accuracy across repetitive, high-volume tasks
Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or related field
2+ years of experience in technical operations, QA, or production support roles
Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and adapt to changing requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Experience working with OneDrive and SharePoint for file storage and collaboration
Familiarity with bug tracking or project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
Strong written and verbal communication skills
