Responsibilities
You will handle the delicate moments—expertly managing onboarding, offboarding, conflict resolution, and conducting investigations
You will navigate multi-state compliance, specifically tackling the complexities of California labor laws so our clients can sleep at night
You will deploy everything from PIPs, Performance Reviews, and job descriptions to rock-solid handbooks and policies
You save the day by implementing and managing benefits packages, retirement plans and enrollment systems
You implement and manage small business payroll and HR tech stacks (ADP, BambooHR, Gusto, Paychex, etc.)
Qualification
Required
6+ years of HR experience
2+ years specifically in a consulting role
Proficient in Google Workspace
Proficient in MS Office 365
Proficient in Slack
Proficient in Monday.com
Ability to respond to inquiries within 1 business day
Availability commitment of 15 hours a week
Preferred
HR Certification or Degree
