Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor the success of marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms
Oversee the creation and distribution of content on social media platforms; identify and implement strategies that strengthen engagement and community connection
Act as a liaison while collaborating with external agencies (banks, insurance carriers, vendors) to execute marketing initiatives and help coordinate internal and external events (e.g., webinars, seminars, podcasts, community outreach)
Design and create internal and external sales and marketing collateral (including graphic development), presentations, and other deliverables
Work with internal teams through in-person strategy sessions with sales and marketing leadership to ensure unified messaging and exceptional client service
Edit and publish routine client communication pieces, press release articles, and email drip campaigns to support larger marketing initiatives
Manage product inventory, tradeshow materials, sponsored events, fundraisers, and cultivate external partnerships through associations, memberships, and chamber relationships
Perform routine content management system updates to ensure the ongoing success of the organization’s online presence
Support the VP of Marketing in overseeing the department’s operations, including the strategic marketing plan development
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Oversee client feedback surveys and reviews through third-party platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field required
Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and can thrive and problem solve under tight deadlines
Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (i.e. MailChimp, Salesforce), and content management systems
Extensive knowledge in current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and content creation
Experience in graphic design, including Adobe Illustrator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, communication, and project management skills
Positive and enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva required
Preferred
2-5 years of experience in marketing preferred
