This role involves developing and implementing strategies for operational upgrades, digital transformation, and organizational change to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Responsibilities
Develop and drive the company's medium- and long-term business transformation and change strategies
Identify transformation opportunities at the business model, organizational structure, process, and technology levels
Ensure transformation initiatives are highly aligned with the company's overall strategy, financial goals, and growth plans
Lead cross-functional transformation projects (business, operations, IT, finance, human resources, etc.)
Restructure core business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery capabilities
Promote lean operations, agile organization, shared services, or platform development
Establish reproducible and scalable operational and management models
Collaborate with the technology team to drive digital, automation, and data-driven transformation
Utilize technologies such as ERP, CRM, data analytics, AI, and RPA to enhance business capabilities
Promote deep integration of business and IT to improve the company's digital maturity
Design and implement change management strategies to ensure successful transformation
Manage adjustments to organizational structure, roles, performance, and culture during the transformation process
Enhance the change awareness and execution capabilities of management and core teams
Address organizational resistance, cultural conflicts, and complex stakeholder relationships during the transformation
Responsible for enterprise-level transformation project portfolio management
Establish transformation project governance mechanisms, milestones, and performance indicators
Monitor transformation progress, costs, risks, and business results
Report transformation results regularly to senior management and the board of directors
Responsible for the business case of transformation projects
Track and achieve cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth targets
Quantify transformation results (ROI, EBITDA, cash flow, etc.)
Ensure transformation investments generate measurable business value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above
20+ years of relevant experience in large enterprises or consulting firms
15+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, operations, or management consulting
Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level or cross-business line transformation projects
Deep understanding of corporate strategy, operating models, and financial logic
Proficiency in business transformation, business process reengineering (BPR), and operational optimization methodologies
Familiarity with digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and technology enablement
Excellent analytical and systemic thinking skills for complex problems
Enterprise-level strategic thinking and holistic perspective
Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent change management and execution capabilities
Highly data-driven and results-oriented
Excellent communication, reporting, and senior management decision support skills
Ability to drive change in highly uncertain environments
Preferred
Business Administration (MBA), Management Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related majors preferred
