Customer Service Representative
Ascendo Resources is a certified minority-owned staffing firm seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing banking team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in person, by phone, or electronically with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
Open and maintain customer accounts, including checking, savings, and other deposit products
Process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters as needed
Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital banking tools
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with bank procedures
Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and confidentiality standards
Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet service goals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately
Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual preferred - English & Spanish
Previous customer service or banking experience preferred
