Senior Corporate Development Manager

They are seeking a Senior Corporate Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships and acquisitions, working closely with the executive team to shape the company's long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Partnering with the executive team to define strategic priorities and assess build, buy, and partner opportunities
Developing strategic theses, business case memos, financial analyses, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making
Owning corporate development processes end to end, including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and post-deal integration
Leading financial analysis to support valuation, negotiations, and investment decisions
Building perspectives on market trends, competitive dynamics, and relevant VC, partnership, and M&A activity
Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and People to drive alignment and execution
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC/PE, Strategy, or similar roles
Demonstrated experience owning M&A and/or strategic partnership processes end to end
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations
A high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in fast-moving environments
A structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making
The ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market
Preferred
Experience in corporate development at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Exposure to legal tech, enterprise software, or regulated B2B markets
A background that blends strategy, transactions, and operating experience
