Responsibilities
Design, execute, and optimize ABM programs targeting priority startup and founder segments
Partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate integrated campaigns across content, events, digital, and ecosystem channels
Lead segmentation, lead nurturing, and account prioritization initiatives aligned to business objectives
Analyze account signals and performance data to refine targeting, improve engagement, and inform next-step actions
Manage campaign execution with strong operational rigor, timelines, and reporting
Translate insights into clear updates, recommendations, and repeatable ABM playbooks
Qualification
Required
Account-Based Marketing Strategy & Execution – 8+ years designing and delivering multi-channel ABM programs, including account segmentation, personalization, and integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner ecosystems
Marketing Data, Tooling & Performance Analytics – 8+ years working hands-on with ABM platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to track engagement, attribution, conversion, and account-level impact
Ecosystem- and Event-Led Campaign Orchestration – 8+ years activating ABM motions through investors, partners, and high-impact events, translating engagement signals into measurable business outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience
8–10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing
Hands-on experience with ABM tooling, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics dashboards
Proven ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment
