Responsibilities
Partner closely with portfolio managers and internal stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of new trading initiatives, from research setup through production rollout
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a trading, technology, or quantitative Business Analyst / Project Management role within a financial services environment
Strong understanding of global market structure and electronic trading systems
Experience working with portfolio managers to integrate trading strategies into firm-wide platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple projects across Technology, Ops and Trading teams
Working knowledge of Python and SQL; Linux/Unix experience a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to document technical requirements and explain concepts clearly
