Mindlance is seeking a Product Manager for their Training Apparel creation team. The role involves managing product creation for training athletes, leading product reviews, and collaborating with various teams to drive product strategy and insights.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the product creation for our elite to everyday training athletes
Lead product and design reviews
Connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins
Participate in cross-functional meetings
Create compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising and our downstream geography partners
Defining and driving a vision and product strategy that transcends the sport and drives energy at retail
Working with design and merchandising to enable clear storytelling all the way to our athletes and consumers
Partnering with sports marketing, organization’s training athletes and consumers to gather insights and product approval

Required

Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, an equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles
Product management experience and knowledge in performance apparel a plus
