Responsibilities
Provide support for complex technical issues and initiatives related to assigned applications, systems, databases, and/or other technical products and services
Use diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot, and restore service or data to systems
Participate in writing test scripts, maintaining change or issue logs, and analyzing performance trends to recommend process improvements
Understand quality, security, and compliance requirements for supported areas and review changes for risk to production systems
Participate in testing and updating the business continuation plan
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
5 years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred
Experience providing technical systems support within a technology environment
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to applications, systems, databases, and other technical products and services
Experience with migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations, and configurations
