This position will guide Culver’s franchisees throughout the interior design process during new construction and reimage projects while collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities
Lead Franchisees Through Renewal and Reimage Process
Develop scope of work and plan for each reimage project, working with franchisees, architects, general contractors and other stakeholders
Develop construction documents using design and construction knowledge
Track project progress and information using internal project management tool
Maintain and update presentation materials for planning sessions
Execute New Construction Planning
Guide franchisees in the selection process for interior finishes, maintaining accurate documentation for all projects
Assist Project Architect with dining room layouts for conversion projects
Maintain and update presentation materials for planning sessions
Maintain and Uphold Culver’s Brand Standards
Assist with the interior finish, décor and brand standards programs
Collaborate with designers on new finish selections and finish replacements
Support franchisee requests for material replacements and décor layouts
Assist with maintaining Culver’s drawing standards
Revise new construction prototype drawings
Update reimage drawing templates to align with design and prototype changes
Review construction documents to ensure standards are met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
1-3 years experience in commercial or hospitality interior design or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in AutoCAD
Preferred
Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
NCIDQ certification
