Foundation Executive Director
The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As the Foundation Executive Director, you will oversee operations, strategy, and fundraising initiatives while collaborating closely with the CEO and Executive Management Team to achieve the foundation's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Oversee the operations, strategy, and fundraising initiatives essential to our mission-driven leadership
Collaborate closely with the Chapter's CEO and serve on the Agency's Executive Management Team
Manage fundraising operations, lead fundraising efforts, and supervise dedicated staff and volunteers
Ensure the distribution of funds aligns with both legal requirements and the intent of our community and donors
Act as a key ambassador and advocate, forging strong relationships with stakeholders, grantees, donors, and the broader community to enhance nonprofit advocacy and stakeholder engagement
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field
Exceptional written, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to engage and connect with various audiences
Motivated leader who can inspire and guide staff and volunteers
Preferred
A Master's Degree
Familiarity with relevant software and tools
