They are seeking a GTM Operating Partner to drive early enterprise customer acquisition and partnerships, executing weekly outreach and establishing a repeatable paid pilot to production motion.

Responsibilities
Build and execute an ICP-led enterprise GTM plan (targets, buyers, outreach strategy)
Run outbound and follow-up cadence to generate qualified meetings
Lead discovery calls, manage opportunities, and drive proposals to close
Establish a repeatable paid pilot → production motion
Develop partner/channel opportunities aligned to enterprise IT and governance needs
Maintain a shared pipeline tracker and provide a weekly execution report
Qualification
Required
5+ years in enterprise B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or GTM roles
Track record of closing paid pilots / POCs and moving deals toward production
Experience selling to enterprise stakeholders in at least one of: Compliance, Risk, Regulation, Security/GRC, Enterprise IT, Platform/Infra
Strong outbound execution skills (prospecting, discovery, follow-up cadence, pipeline hygiene)
Ability to operate in a startup environment: ambiguity, fast iteration, hands-on execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Existing network of buyers/partners: CISO org, GRC, IT governance, IAM, platform engineering, MSPs
Experience with Azure/Microsoft ecosystem (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with policy workflows, audit requirements, and enterprise procurement
Prior experience as a fractional leader, operator-advisor, or early-stage GTM hire
Benefits
Equity: up to 5.0% as a working partner via 2-year vesting with a 3-month cliff
Commission: 8–10% on closed revenue.
