Theurgy Logistics is a precision-driven 4PL and white-glove logistics partner supporting trade shows, branded environments, events, and high-value freight. They are seeking a Director of Revenue Partnerships who can originate, manage, and close complex logistics engagements while building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Independent contractor
Commission-heavy compensation
Clear expectations:
Month 1: Warm introductions
Month 2: Qualified proposals
Month 3: Closed, booked revenue
Post-Validation
W-2 hybrid role
Base salary + commission + accelerators
Conversion triggered by booked revenue, not pipeline
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to bring portable, compliant revenue
Experience in originating, managing, and closing complex logistics engagements
Seasoned seller of complex services
Comfortable with longer sales cycles
Respect for operations, margins, and integrity

Existing relationships in logistics, events, trade shows, or branded environments
