Responsibilities
Expertise in cloud-based application design and architecture, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization in AWS
Hands-on experience with Databricks, particularly in data-driven cloud applications
Ability to visualize the entire application landscape and guide the technical team in aligning architecture with business goals
Proactively track and resolve technical impediments to ensure timely project completion
In-depth understanding of the Securities Lending domain, including its processes, technologies, and solutions within the banking/financial services industry
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, driving results in collaborative team environments
Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required
Strong expertise in Software Development and proficiency in Java frameworks
Proficiency in implementing Design Patterns for scalable and maintainable code
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and development
Extensive knowledge of Jakarta EE for enterprise-level application development
Proven ability to design and implement software Architecture for robust, high-performing systems
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
10 to 12 years of hands-on development experience and experience in providing solutions to complex business functions. Strong background in both development and architecture
