Sales Manager
Luxury & Imports is a thriving family-owned car dealership that began in 1994 in Leavenworth, Kansas, and has expanded to include Hutchinson, Kansas. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, coach and lead the sales team to meet performance goals, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets
Proven experience in sales strategy, consultative selling, and fostering customer relationships
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for market research and customer behavior analysis
Flexibility to adapt to a remote work environment with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred
Previous experience in automotive sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is advantageous
