Responsibilities
Providing administrative direction and oversight for the Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) programs
Building collaboration among community resources and partners, regulatory agencies, management, staff, and providers
Facilitating a team-oriented environment and leading the delivery of a comprehensive program to ensure quality services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related health care field, or a non-related degree with direct health care experience
Five or more years of progressive management experience in healthcare administration
Knowledge of health care delivery practices, reimbursement streams associated with related programs and have demonstrated the capability to develop and lead new initiatives
Knowledge of chronic care/hospice issues and best practices
Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required
Preferred
Master's Degree preferred
