Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the systems engineering product backlog for Visual Systems
Translate stakeholder needs and program objectives into clear user stories and system requirements
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, representing systems priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, test, safety, certification) to ensure integrated solutions
Maintain strong traceability between requirements, implementations, and verification artifacts
Balance scope, schedule, risk, and technical debt, making informed trade-off decisions

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
3+ years of experience operating in an Agile work environment
Experience decomposing high-level work packages into detailed stories with dependencies
Familiarity with computer science, software engineering, and network engineering concepts
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred

Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
