Responsibilities
Serve as technical authority for environmental verification and validation testing
Convert system requirements into executable environmental test architectures
Lead planning and execution of thermal-vac, altitude, vibration, shock, and humidity test efforts
Own test infrastructure development, equipment selection, facility coordination, and vendor partnerships
Drive test data review, failure analysis, corrective actions, and engineering recommendations
Ensure environmental test campaigns meet internal performance goals and external standards
Mentor engineers and influence broader test strategy across the organization
Qualification
Required
BS in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, or related engineering field
5+ years leading environmental test campaigns or system-level validation
Expertise with aerospace qualification standards and best practices
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting high-altitude, space, UAV, or novel aerospace vehicles
Familiarity with certification, compliance, or government program test requirements
Experience scaling test infrastructure in fast-paced environments
