Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between AVI Alliance Partners and AVI
Oversight of Alliance Partners service and locations to monitor:
Quality of product
Compliance with established pricing guidelines
Ensuring all contract Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are communicated and upheld
Conduct unannounced onsite quality audits for program compliance and administration
Provide a detailed itinerary and report of work sites visited and matters encountered and addressed to appropriate leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in multi-unit food service operations
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Degree in related field of study or a minimum of 10 years of experience
Familiarity with relevant laws/regulations and generally accepted practices and procedures
High level of creativity and excellent problem solving skills
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle matters in a discrete and confidential manner
Ability to act objectively while making determinations about issues that are complex, difficult or emotional in nature
Competency with Microsoft office products including, Excel, Word and Power Point
