The role involves collaborating with other partners to determine the practice areas and growth strategy of the firm, focusing on legal practice and client service.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with founding members to determine practice mix, jurisdictional scope, and growth strategy
Exercise exclusive authority over all legal services and professional judgment
Handle business and operational responsibilities collaboratively, maintaining a clear separation from legal decision-making
Qualification
Required
Active bar membership in good standing in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and/or Maryland
Practice experience in one or more of the listed areas (depth in all areas not required)
Interest in building a small or mid-sized firm with a long-term vision
Strong ethical judgment and comfort exercising independent professional control
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to shape firm culture, practice focus, and growth
