OVA.Work is seeking a skilled Informatica Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows. The role involves collaborating with data architects and business analysts, optimizing ETL processes, and ensuring data quality and integrity across systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud (IICS)
Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient ETL solutions
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources such as databases, flat files, and APIs
Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data loads in production environments
Work with SQL/PLSQL for data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting
Maintain detailed documentation of ETL designs, data mappings, and workflows
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data movement processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3-7 years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS development
Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)
Experience in data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL best practices
Good understanding of data integration, data quality, and metadata management
Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and job scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of Informatica Cloud Data Integration (IICS), Informatica MDM, or Data Quality (IDQ)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to Python or shell scripting for automation
