They are seeking a full-time Project Architect to oversee the design and execution of projects, supporting the Principal Architect in client meetings and managing project documentation.

Responsibilities
Assist Principal Architect in meeting with clients and stakeholders to discuss project development
Lead a team of drafters in the production of construction documents for religious, commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects
Assist Principal Architect in acting as an intermediary between the client and the construction team
Lead and mentor staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture
Licensed with state architecture certification
Portfolio of completed projects
Extensive knowledge of Revit software
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs
Great project-management skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
Good knowledge of construction costs and time frames
Extensive knowledge of codes and zoning regulations
