They are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Ambassador to help grow and manage their affiliate ecosystem, build strong relationships with partners, and ensure smooth operations of the affiliate program.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Research, onboard, and support new affiliate partners and creators
Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate communication and support
Maintain an organized affiliate database with performance notes and contacts
Ensure affiliates have accurate links, discount codes, and brand guidelines
Manage affiliate links, tracking, and discount codes within Shopify and affiliate platforms
Monitor compliance with brand standards and promotional guidelines
Coordinate product seeding or samples for affiliate partners as needed
Troubleshoot basic issues related to links, tracking, or commissions
Track affiliate performance, conversions, and revenue contribution
Prepare weekly or monthly affiliate performance reports
Identify top-performing partners and opportunities to scale
Flag underperforming affiliates and recommend improvements
Share approved brand assets, promo briefs, and product updates with affiliates
Support affiliate campaigns tied to launches, promos, or seasonal pushes
Collect and organize affiliate-generated content for potential reuse
Assist in drafting affiliate communications and campaign guidelines
Keep affiliate records, files, and documentation clean and up to date
Help document workflows and SOPs as the affiliate program scales
Support additional marketing initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Affiliate Platform Experience – Prior experience working with affiliate tools and platforms such as ShopMy, Rakuten, or similar programs
Affiliate Program Knowledge – Strong understanding of how affiliate programs operate end-to-end
Shopify Experience – Comfortable navigating Shopify for orders, tracking, and reporting
Detail-Oriented – Able to track performance, data, and multiple partners accurately
Strong Communicator – Clear, friendly, and professional written communication
Preferred
Experience working with creators or influencer partnerships
Exposure to DTC or e-commerce brands
