Early Stage C&Q Engineer – Drawing Control

Entry, Mid Leveli-Pharm GxP is supporting an early-stage C&Q program on a large-scale capital project in Indiana and is looking for a hands-on C&Q Engineer to support drawing change management and construction coordination activities. The role involves developing workflows, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring compliance with GMP expectations during the project's initial build phase.

Responsibilities
Report directly to the CQ Verification SME
Develop and implement workflows and SOPs for:
Drawing changes
Redline mark-ups
Master drawing control
Define and maintain a controlled process for managing drawing updates throughout construction
Coordinate with all construction teams and contractors to align on:
How drawing changes are captured
How redlines are managed and approved
How updates flow into master drawings
Act as the C&Q point of contact for construction-driven drawing changes
Ensure drawing change processes align with GMP expectations and CQ execution needs
Qualification
Required
Background in C&Q, CQV, Validation, or Engineering within GMP environments
Experience supporting early-stage projects, construction, or capital builds
Strong understanding of controlled documentation and change management
Proven ability to develop SOPs and practical workflows
Comfortable coordinating across multiple construction teams
Able to work onsite 5 days per week in Indiana
Preferred
Experience with redline drawings, as-builts, or drawing control
Prior involvement in start-up or greenfield projects
