Responsibilities
Lead and grow the service division, focusing on commercial HVAC service and maintenance
Develop and expand key customer relationships and long-term service contracts
Improve service operations, processes, and performance metrics
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention
Build, lead, and develop service teams, including managers, technicians, and support staff
Partner with executive leadership on service strategy and expansion
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service operations, including leadership roles
Proven track record of growing service and maintenance revenue
Strong understanding of service agreements, dispatch, and field operations
Demonstrated leadership, customer relationship, and business development skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
