Responsibilities

Closing qualified leads into retainers ranging from £2,500 – £10,000+ per month
Recording 2 monthly 'Founder-style' videos (educational/insightful) and posting weekly on LinkedIn to build trust and command the market

Qualification

Required

A seasoned High-Ticket Closer who understands the agency landscape
Comfortable on camera and able to communicate complex marketing ROI to business owners
Financially stable enough to transition into a partnership-track role
Ready to 'own' the sales process from discovery to contract

Benefits

Recurring Commission: 10% on every client closed, paid for the lifetime of the client.
Performance Bump: Hit 4 closes in a month, and your commission increases to 13% for those accounts.
Content Fee: While sales are commission-only, you will be paid an hourly rate for the time spent on video creation and brand-building activities.
Equity Roadmap: We are looking for a long-term partner. Upon closing your first 5 clients within your first 3 months, we move into a formal equity participation agreement.
