Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for specific features or components, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis
Conduct user and agent research, analyze behavior, and leverage data to identify pain points and opportunities, ensure features meet user needs and business objectives
Define clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features and backlog items based on impact and feasibility
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Research, and Operations teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution throughout the product development process
Define key success metrics for your features, monitor performance, and iterate based on data to improve user outcomes and achieve product goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc)
Experience working with Generative AI or Agentic AI products
Preferred
Experience working closely with engineering to understand infrastructure design and tradeoffs
Experience turning broad, ambiguous problems into clear, well-structured projects
Ability to define metrics, analyze experiments, generate insights, and communicate results to the wider organization
Ability to collaborate with complex, cross-functional teams on high-velocity projects
Excellent communication skills including presenting regularly to executive leadership
