Lead heavy civil projects from planning through completion
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects
Strong background in earthwork, roads, wet utilities and water
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with project management software (Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
