Responsibilities

Manage our shared content Google sheet – keeping track of which posts have been shot, edited, scheduled, and published across platforms
Schedule posts using Buffer across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
Develop new content ideas and segments based on what’s working + key audience pain points
Track high-performing posts to identify high-impact hooks, formats, and areas to double down
Identify brand-aligned influencers to build collaborations and reach
Use CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe, or similar to help edit raw videos, add captions, and create post-ready clips
Use Canva or Adobe to turn high-performing video posts into social-ready graphics
