Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
Investigate, analyze, and measure security products effectiveness and performance against alternative solutions
Collaborate with multiple product teams to design and implement repeatable measurements using a data-driven approach capable of measuring the full stack including AI elements
Collaborate with data science teams to understand and identify detection gaps, capabilities, assumptions, and improvements
Be involved in customer conversations to identify opportunities, gaps and concerns
Work directly on security reviews, complex automation coding and approval workflows across multiple teams
Identifying the “top” customer pain points in UX using multiple techniques to acquire the data
Study security products to understand and communicate dependencies and utilization/limits of underlying resource capabilities
Collaborate with other engineers to develop a world class multi-cloud performance framework and reporting system
Acts as a technical advisor to educate and evangelize competitive strengths and weaknesses across divisional boundaries
Experienced writer and technical content presenter to all audiences and technical levels

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
10+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
2+ years evaluating system performance using common industry and custom benchmarks
2+ years presenting to senior management strategy/product assessments
1+ years using AI across various engineering workflows
