Planner
Parsons is anticipating the need for a Planner to join their team and support on a complex infrastructure project. In this role, you will support the development, integration, and management of project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within required standards.

Responsibilities
Support development and maintenance of project schedules and baselines
Monitor progress and report schedule issues or deviations
Coordinate scheduling activities with cross-functional teams
Manage scheduling tools, databases, and reports
Facilitate communication with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
Identify schedule-related risks and support mitigation planning
Support PMO and Assurance functions with scheduling insights
Contribute to project documentation and performance reporting
Analyze critical path and float
Support cost forecasting, valuations, and accruals
Promote best-practice scheduling methodologies
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years' experience in project controls or planning on infrastructure projects
Previous experience in a similar planning or project management role
Strong project management and scheduling knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and scheduling tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
Preferred
Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices
PMP or equivalent certification
