Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction operations and site logistics
Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
Lead coordination between trades and ensure adherence to project schedules
Monitor safety compliance and uphold company and OSHA standards
Work closely with the Project Manager to manage cost, quality, and timelines
Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports
Resolve field-related challenges efficiently and proactively
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–10 years' experience as a Superintendent on student housing and/or multifamily projects
Proven ability to review and coordinate complex plans and technical drawings
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Preferred
OSHA certification
