Responsibilities
Handle civil litigation matters, managing cases from inception to resolution
Draft legal motions, briefs, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments
Oversee discovery processes, including document review and production
Provide legal counsel on employment law issues affecting both employers and employees
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Represent the organization in legal proceedings as necessary
Analyze and interpret legal contracts and agreements to mitigate risks
Stay updated on changes in employment law and other relevant regulations
Develop strategies to effectively resolve disputes and minimize liability
Qualification
Required
Must be a licensed attorney with active bar membership
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation
Strong knowledge of employment law, including employer and employee matters
Proficiency in drafting legal motions, briefs, and other related documents
Demonstrated expertise in managing discovery processes
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
