Head of Sales (Remote - Argentina)
Adhesive Media is a YouTube sponsorship agency that has closed over $20M in deals and works with a large network of YouTubers and brands. They are seeking a Head of Sales to design and implement scalable systems for recruiting YouTubers and sponsors while analyzing data to optimize performance and manage a sales team.

Responsibilities
Build outbound systems to recruit creators at scale (1,000+ emails/week)
Maintain systematic outreach to 100-200 qualified sponsor prospects
Analyze campaign data to optimize performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions)
Book and close creator calls (we close 70% - volume is the challenge)
Hire and manage a sales team under you
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years in outbound sales, BD, or growth
Built email campaigns at scale (1,000+/week)
Data-driven - you live in spreadsheets and dashboards
Systems thinker - you build processes, not just execute
Available to work US Eastern Time (9am-5pm EST)
Preferred
Experience with Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar tools
