Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and ensure seamless communication across the organization
Organize and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments or individuals
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
Oversee scheduling and calendar management for team members
Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity
Manage documentation and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Coordinate with external service providers for any office-related needs
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Support team members with ad hoc requests and projects
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in handling phone systems and managing communications
Ability to distribute and process incoming mail effectively
Familiarity with office equipment and supply management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
