Technical Support for a SaaS campaign
LTVplus is a global remote team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a Technical Support representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide expert support for CRM and Email & Digital Marketing platforms.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support
Provide expert support for CRM and Email & Digital Marketing platforms
Troubleshoot issues related to account access, email design, delivery, contact management, and automation tools
Guide customers in effectively using tools to build relationships and manage campaigns
Communicate solutions clearly and patiently to non-technical users
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, technical aptitude, and customer service skills
Show passion for helping others succeed, particularly small business owners and marketers
Qualification
Required
Has SaaS and DaaS technical support experience
1 Year of Customer service or customer support experience
Excellent writing and verbal communication skill
Basic understanding of HTML, markdown, and how JavaScript works
Ability to navigate a modern web browser including the ability to use the inspector tool
Familiarity with modern web app concepts
Experience working with a SaaS platform
A reliable computer (preferably younger than 3 years) and a stable high-speed internet connection
A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro
Preferred
eCommerce experience is a plus
