Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines. Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and effective collaboration
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with industry best practices
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and support to clients
