Responsibilities
Driving business development and fostering partnerships with organizations to promote enterprise adoption of Job Futures powered with Skills Label platform
Creating strategic partnerships, facilitating agreements, onboarding clients, and ensuring seamless integration of the platform into their respective systems
Developing a deep understanding of end-users' needs and the education and training ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in business development, sales, and partnership cultivation in workforce development, job sourcing, and/or learning/training
Strong skills in client relationship building, strategic communication, and closing B2B deals
Proficiency in managing licensing agreements, meeting contractual obligations, and fostering continued partnerships
Deep presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas to diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple stakeholder needs effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field required
Preferred
Familiarity with skills-based learning, curriculum design, or workforce development initiatives is highly advantageous
Knowledge and experience with AI adoption and infrastructure preferred
MBA or 10+ years experience preferred
