Salesforce Architect Contact Center
Elgebra is seeking a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Contact Center solutions. The role involves owning the overall solution design and ensuring alignment with the Dispute and Collection initiative, translating business requirements into a scalable and secure Salesforce architecture.

Responsibilities
Contact Center implementation experience is MUST
Can do full implementation design
Service and Experience Cloud
Leads and define the overall Salesforce solution architecture for Dispute Management, Collection Management, Payments, and Open ARs
Partner with CRT Business stakeholders and the Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical design
Define high-level solution architecture, including:
Salesforce data model and object strategy
Persona-based security and access controls
Integration architecture with upstream and downstream systems
Recommend and apply Salesforce best practices, identifying standard vs. custom solutions
Identify and document assumptions, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
Support definition of MVP scope and phased delivery roadmap
Assist in L3 estimates and high-level delivery timelines
Provide architectural oversight and guidance during the development and implementation phase
Qualification
Required
Contact Center implementation experience is MUST
Can do full implementation design
Service and Experience Cloud
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Case Management
Experience designing and delivering Experience Cloud (Community) solutions
Proven experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, data synchronization)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with financial processes such as disputes, collections, billing, or AR management
Experience in large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations
