Responsibilities
Define and own the casino product roadmap, aligned with business goals and market opportunities
Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, specification, delivery, launch, optimization
Work closely with game studios, aggregators, engineering, UX, compliance, and commercial teams
Translate operator and player needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Monitor KPIs, player behavior, and market trends to inform product decisions
Support commercial teams with product positioning, demos, and client feedback
Ensure products meet regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across jurisdictions
Continuously optimize performance, UX, and feature adoption post-launch
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Product Manager within iGaming, ideally focused on casino products
Strong understanding of online casino ecosystems (RNG games, live casino, aggregation, wallets, promotions, etc.)
Experience working with B2B products and operator clients
Ability to balance commercial, technical, and player-centric perspectives
Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and analytics tools
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working in regulated markets is a strong plus
Preferred
Background in game studios, aggregators, or platform suppliers
Exposure to multiple regulated jurisdictions
Experience with roadmap tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard)
