Reagan Outdoor Advertising is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to support their growing team in the Chattanooga market. This role is essential for helping the sales staff deliver exceptional service to advertisers while driving new business opportunities through effective marketing and client support.

Responsibilities

Assist sales reps with proposals, presentations, and campaign materials

Conduct research on prospective clients, categories, and local market trends

Help manage CRM updates, pipelines, and follow-ups

Coordinate client communication, scheduling, and campaign updates

Help develop sales collateral, one-sheets, recaps, and promotional materials

Coordinate with design teams for artwork, proofing, and production updates

Manage social media presence for the Chattanooga market (as needed)

Support local marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and community partnerships

Maintain inventory lists, photos, and location information for billboard assets

Assist with posting, proof of performance (POP) photos, and campaign documentation

Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns
