Responsibilities

Own the project end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely happy
Own and manage data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Manage a team of human data managers & leads reviewing the tasks of experts
Communicate directly with top AI Labs on massive projects
Work with human data engineers to define and manage KPIs
Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact
You will report directly to our CEO and Head of Human Data

Required

Extremely good soft skills
To grind very long hours every day, including weekends
Startup and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong background in data operations, engineering, or computer science
2+ years in a leadership role, driving operational processes, managing large-scale data projects, or optimizing workflows
Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly
