Responsibilities
Oversee AP processes, cash management activities, and GR/IR reconciliations
Administer general accounting in compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entry review and variance analysis
Prepare and maintain process documentation, including walkthroughs and control testing
Partner across functions to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost improvement initiatives
Serve as a primary contact for internal and external auditors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of AP, cash, and compliance
Proficiency with ERP systems
Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
Preferred
CPA
SAP proficiency
Advanced Excel skills
